Joshua Evan's made the process of renting this unit amazing. He was helpful and patient with me after I had a stressful day. I was smiling by the time I left. The apartment is nice and very spacious. Looking forward to moving in.

I recently moved in and my hot water wasn't working. I emailed Joshua and he immediately made sure it was a priority. Danny and Ramone (maintenance) spent the entire day making sure that the problem was solved. They went above and beyond to make sure that I would be able to take a hot shower! Moving is hard enough, and it was a breath of fresh air for them to do their best to make it easier! Between the effortless move in, and the help I have had from management and maintenance, this was hands down the best move in experience!

I pulled up to this beautiful apartment complex not knowing what to expect regarding the requirements of approval. Joshua broke everything down, took his time with me ensuring i was in good hands. Joshua's amazing customer service skillsthe best i seen in a very long time.

I did a lot of research in the area n had did my homework on cambria apartments. I setup an appointment and couldn't make it, walked into the office today with no appointment and had the best professional hospitality I ever had when looking for a new home. I am going to feel safe and so happy for the next chapter in my life. Thank you Josh Evans who was amazing today n made the next chapter in my life start off to be blessed. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond making sure I had all the necessary information about available and upcoming rentals. Our tour was wonderful and he maintained absolute professional composure as I closed myself into closets testing sound quality (part of my profession is doing voice overs). I know it was weird, but he was very kind and gracious. Unfortunately, the unit that I fell in love with wasn't available at my move in date, but for anyone looking, I would highly recommend meeting with Josh and having a tour of the Cambria. Cheers!
