Danny and Ramone (maintenance) spent the entire day making sure that the problem was solved. They went above and beyond to make sure that I would be able to take a hot shower! Moving is hard enough, and it was a breath of fresh air for them to do their best to make it easier! Josh was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond making sure I had all the necessary information about available and ... upcoming rentals. Our tour was wonderful and he maintained absolute professional composure as I closed myself into closets testing sound quality (part of my profession is doing voice overs). I know it was weird, but he was very kind and gracious. Unfortunately, the unit that I fell in love with wasn't available at my move in date, but for anyone looking, I would highly recommend meeting with Josh and having a tour of the Cambria. Cheers! Been here almost 2 years and just signed for year 3. Love this complex! Recent round of neighbors have been a little noisy ... and not all pick up after their pets (former neighbors were better) BUT the apartments are very roomy and laid out well compared to the other complexes I've looked at! Pricing is a bit high but not for the area, I suppose. The staff is wonderful! Very nice and very helpful with regular staff to resident communication. Planning to stay and upgrade soon. Canbria Accommodate me in my family very well they have great places and a awesome staff that understand everyday needs ... they are people just like us!! If you are looking for a place to live as a family or a single person you found it here! I am a executive and my husband a coach for the schools in the area and Cambria accommodated our needs during our stay! Their places are nice and up to date and things are never perfect in this world but let me tell you the staff and maintenance here are on top of “All” your needs! If I had to do it again they would be the first place I called! We moved into our new home and we just want to thank the staff and all the people that helped us during our stay at Cambria! I’d I had to rate the staff 1-10 Katie gets a 15 she never disappoints! Even with all the issue that we all just experienced she was there for all of us! It was affordable for what you got! I have lived here for six years now with the complex having changed hands twice a long with the management staff. By far, ... these new owners and staff are above the rest. Always so kind and courteous, and the money and improvements they have put in is amazing. They also do things for our resident community, like starting tomorrow they are offering a free gift wrapping station, along with pajamas and pancakes on the 24th of December. I love living here.
